About Veya
Veya Home Care connects families with caregivers for non-medical support at home. Caregivers are hired through Veya’s platform, and Veya handles caregiver payment. The website provides information and a way to contact us; submitting an inquiry does not create a placement or service agreement.
Daily arrangements and responsibilities
Families and placed caregivers communicate directly about day-to-day supervision, preferences, and the agreed care plan. The applicable service agreement should identify responsibilities, scope of tasks, schedules, communication arrangements, and procedures for changes. Nothing on this website transfers responsibilities that cannot lawfully be transferred.
Scope of support
The website describes non-medical caregiver support. It does not offer diagnosis, clinical treatment, nursing, or rehabilitation. Do not use the website or inquiry form for emergencies. Call 911 when emergency assistance is needed.
Availability and pricing
Answering calls 24/7 does not guarantee immediate placement or continuous caregiver coverage. Availability, start dates, tasks, and schedules must be confirmed. Website cost discussions are general information, not a binding quote. Fees, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and refund terms must be supplied in the applicable agreement before you commit.
Caregiver information
Specific screening, training, credentials, and experience should be discussed for the proposed caregiver before an agreement is made. This website does not promise a particular screening process or represent that every caregiver has the same qualifications. Employment status and the parties’ obligations are determined by the actual arrangement and applicable law.
