Information you provide

Our inquiry forms request your name, email address, phone number, and a short reason for contacting us. We use these details to respond to your request and discuss family support or caregiver opportunities. Please do not submit diagnoses, medical records, insurance details, or other sensitive health information. If you include sensitive information, we treat the inquiry as confidential; it is not sent in analytics events.

How inquiries are processed

When configured, the website sends your inquiry through Resend to our business inquiry mailbox. Our hosting, email delivery, mailbox, and spam-protection providers process information needed to run these services. The website does not maintain a separate lead database. Messages may remain in email systems and provider records.

Security and spam prevention

We validate submissions and limit repeated requests. Production rate limiting uses a salted hash derived from the request IP address, with a limited request window. Hosting providers may separately process technical request information for security and operations. Form contents are not intentionally written to application logs.

Optional analytics and advertising

Optional integrations can include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, or a Google Tag Manager container. They are inactive until configured and the relevant consent is given. The initial configuration limits tracking to the homepage, About page, and Locations overview. Condition, service, contact, application, and thank-you routes are excluded. Requests containing query parameters are also excluded.

Analytics can measure visits and button interactions. Clarity can record masked page interactions. Advertising integrations can measure visits and permitted conversions. The site does not include names, phone numbers, email addresses, or form answers in tracking events. Form inputs are masked for Clarity. Third-party providers may process device, browser, network, and interaction data when their scripts are active.

Your cookie choices

The optional cookie panel allows analytics and advertising to be accepted or rejected separately. Your choice is saved in local browser storage for up to 180 days. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it. Essential site functions and forms remain available when optional tracking is declined. Revoking consent stops future optional tracking on the reloaded page and attempts to clear known first-party tracking cookies; it does not erase information already received by providers.

Sharing and retention

Inquiry details are not provided to advertising services by the form. Sharing with a proposed caregiver is addressed as part of the placement arrangements and applicable permissions. Messages may remain in our inquiry mailbox and in service-provider records. Contact us to ask about the records associated with your inquiry or to request deletion; applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect the response.
