Veya handles hiring through our platform and caregiver payment. Your family and caregiver communicate about daily supervision and the agreed care plan, with responsibilities documented in the service agreement.

How we work with your family
Everyone should understand the arrangement before the first visit.
Everyday communication
Your family and the placed caregiver communicate directly about day-to-day supervision, preferences, and the agreed care plan. Choose a main contact and agree how updates and changes will be handled.
Support with clear boundaries
Our focus is non-medical assistance at home. Discuss the caregiver’s capabilities and agreed tasks before starting. Medical treatment, nursing, and therapy remain with the appropriate healthcare professionals.
WHAT MATTERS TO US
Personal preferences deserve a place in the plan.
We start with the person receiving support: how they like to spend the day, what they want help with, and what makes home feel familiar. Involve them in the conversation as appropriate, alongside the people authorized to arrange support.
Clear expectations matter just as much. Ask about the proposed caregiver’s experience, the agreed hours, all fees, and what happens if your needs change. We want those questions discussed before you commit to an arrangement.
